By creating an account or placing an order on SMM Panel Go (smmpanelgo.me), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the panel.
1Our Service
SMM Panel Go is a self-service panel where users can order social media and website growth services such as followers, likes, views, members, watch time, backlinks and website traffic. Service names, prices, minimum and maximum quantities and descriptions are shown on the Services page.
2Account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country.
- You must provide accurate information when you register.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and API key secure.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account.
3Payments and Wallet
- You add funds to your wallet before placing orders.
- We accept UPI, Paytm, BharatPe, cryptocurrency, cards and PayPal. Available methods may change and are shown on the Add Funds page.
- Funds added to your wallet are used for orders on this panel. Deposits are not refunded to your original payment method. Refunds for cancelled or undelivered orders are returned to your wallet balance (see Refund Policy).
- Prices may change at any time. The price shown when you place an order is the price you pay.
- Your bank, wallet provider or crypto network may charge its own fees.
- Please do not file a dispute or chargeback for a completed deposit. If you have a problem, contact us first so we can fix it.
4Placing Orders
- Make sure your link is correct and your account or post is public. Orders on private accounts or wrong links may fail and cannot always be refunded or refilled.
- Do not place two orders for the same link at the same time. Wait until the first order is completed.
- Do not change your username, link or privacy settings while an order is running.
- Read the service description before ordering. Speed, start time and refill rules differ by service.
5Delivery Times
Start times and speeds shown in service names or descriptions are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can vary depending on the platform and demand.
6What We Do Not Guarantee
- We do not guarantee that new followers, likes or views will interact with your account.
- We do not guarantee that every account used will have a profile picture, bio or posts.
- We do not guarantee any ranking, reach, monetization or account result.
7Platform Rules and Risk
Social media platforms have their own terms of service and may change how they count or display followers, likes and views. You are responsible for how you use our services. SMM Panel Go is not liable for any account suspension, content removal or other action taken by Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), Telegram, TikTok or any other platform.
8Refunds and Refills
Refunds and refills are explained in our Refund Policy and Refill Policy. These policies are part of these Terms.
9Prohibited Use
- Using the panel for illegal activity or content that breaks the law.
- Fraud, including use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
- Abusing the API or exploiting errors in the system.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse offers or refunds.
- Uploading or promoting nudity or any content not allowed by the social media platform.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
10Limitation of Liability
The panel is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, SMM Panel Go is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of followers or engagement, or actions taken by third-party platforms. Our liability is limited to the amount of the affected order.

12Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page. Continued use of the panel means you accept the updated terms.
